When to Seek Counseling

"The first step toward change is awareness.
 The second step is acceptance.
"
-Nathaniel Branden

The decision to enter counseling can be difficult for many people. However, this will likely be the most rewarding choice of your life. People seek counseling for the opportunity to be heard by an unbiased and compassionate person. Often, people seek counseling when things in their lives interfere with their ability to grow and flourish as human beings. Reasons include personal challenges with:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • traumatic experiences

  • grief and loss

  • eating disorders

  • relational problems

  • parenting concerns

  • unwanted life patterns

The Ampersand is a symbol of acceptance; it reminds us that we are complex beings with a variety of often contradictory thoughts, e bzwztume. ティファニーティッセンmotions, and experiences; each valid and filled with wisdom. A common part of our human experience is that we each struggle with putting our thoughts and feelings into a tidy compartment; we try to find which is "right" or "true".  These internal conflicts often lead to unhappiness. Learning how to embrace the "and" by acknowledging and embracing the complex inner experiences we all have is a crucial part of healing. Only through accepting ourselves as whole beings can we begin to experience the freedom to be as we are and the courage to make the changes we wish to make.

The Power of "And"

You've found your way here because something in your life is not going the way you'd like it to. Perhaps you struggle with anxiety, depression, or issues related to trauma. Maybe you are struggling with your relationships and want to learn skills to improve them. Whatever your reason, the important thing is that you are taking the first step towards a happier, richer, more fulfilling life.

We are all trying to become the best version of ourselves, and we all struggle in the pursuit. I know you have the capacity to change and to live the life you've been waiting for. I would be honored to work with you as to identify relevant goals and develop a plan to help you grow into the person you are meant to be.

No, Even at Zara i would have thought: wow what a cheap boring scent

If this would have been released by Zara, Avon, Yves Rocher or similar, it would have been a "just O.K.".

But, coming from Tiffany, it does not fill the bill. It does not fill the bill.

This is another random, plane, uningspiring, floral-fruity perfume of the lot, made with the safety mode on. I am pretty sure I have smelled before, and dozens of times, in dozens of places.

Another fragance made with recipe. The iris of La Vie Est Belle. The mandarin-patchouli combo of Miss Dior. The musk of thousands others. The same banal, vulgar, officious elegance.

The bottle seems to say "I am better than you because I have money, and you are a looser, because money is the only thing that counts".

I am pretty sure we will see it at the disconunt sections before the year is over.

It's another horrible shampoo concoction; Coco Mademoiselle on a tenth of the budget. So disappointing from Andrier and the Tiffany brand.

Generic fruity-fresh fragrance. To me this is Not a mature scent at all.

Got it today and I must say I kind of like it...now, it is a bright zesty floral, a bit dry at first , with some aldehydes...I know it won't be a love, as I am not huge on citrus..it is almost too clean/soapy for my taste..I agree it has a Chanel vibe, and is a tad similar to Gabrielle I admit..I just don't think it is my cup of tea, my husband isnt crazy about it, and for me, I just am very glad I got it in a swap..I find it overpriced for what it is honestly .lit is pleasant and elegant, in a calm quiet way..it isn't making any statement really., and it doesn't open up much...it pretty much smells the same from top notes to the base..I don't quite see it as a cool weather perfume , will revisit it in the spring !!

a little update.........i just read some of the other reviews & i am sooooo surprised to hear people say its strong or compared it to joy (which i think is a strong floral - which i do like lol ) i just goes to show we all have such different chemistry & how things work sooooo different on everyone.........i would have to pour the bottle on me to even get close to strong lol.......but i do agree that it is a sparkly nice light floral scent :)

i was so excited to get this perfume because i love the original tiffany (and yes i do realize they are 2 totally different scents lol ) and i had no doubt this would be amaaazing - i thought it would smell like a floral diamond............well it ended up being a floral zirconia instead lol.......its not that i dont like it - i do but i was disappointed.....i thought it would have much more depth.....its very light & even lighter after it dries down (after a few moments literally lol ) whats with perfume companies lately - why cant they give us something that we can smell & stays lol sorry had to gripe a moment lol
ok so i get a faint citrus/floral scent..........i dont get any powdery vibes at all & i love powdery perfumes but i feel its not worth the 95.00 i paid at bloomingdales.....but on a positive note u can wear it anywhere.....it is not offensive in the least....and yes i am keeping it because like i said i do like it but not what i was expecting..........:)

One word to sum up this fragrance? Pretty! It is really lovely, just a pretty feeling perfume-all around pleasant. I find it impossible to believe anyone could dislike this. It has patchouli but it is barely detectable- it is very safe well blended light patchouli-not strong at all. To me this scent is powdery citrus sweet. I would wear it everyday- I detect iris, sandalwood and musk on a bed of nutty sweet tones. Everyday, every occasion lovely feminine scent. It is girly but mature and classy- it is just perfect- it would suit females age from 14-84. Would make a very safe gift. Projection and longevity are not amazing though, for this reason I am not sure I would pay the hefty price for this scent. I would gladly appreciate it as a gift and make use of it. Pretty, sparkling and lovely fragrance, one of the best new fragrances i've tried in a while. Would be perfect for Spring time.

I know people hate it when reviewers say this, but I agree with the reviewer below- that it does smell rich and upper class.

I was pretty excited to try this scent at the Tiffany store, but I really, really don't like it. Thank God I didn't spray it on myself but just put a well-dampened tester in my pocket. This scent, to me, has the very heavy, cloying, floral presence of old-school rich or rich-seeming women ... the kind of scent that can make one nauseated fast in a close environment. It has a strong resemblance to one that I can't quite place... maybe Joy ?

I am making sure that even the tester does not go in a trash container in the house. It's potent.

But I like chypres and musks... if you like the old school floral stuff, you will probably like this one. It's solid!

Catched in store by the beautiful bottle and the colour of the box. But the colour doesn't fit the smell omo. Yes - there is a Chanel vibe for sure and the scent is so very grown up. First it felt sensual and musky to me when testing on a strip but on skin comes patchouli and iris. It's incredibly long lasting - wasn't able to wash it off completely - Tiffany is STRONG. I see it worn by confident ladies or men also it feels unisex to me. Like Chanel fragrances this one is classy, timeless, elegant. Could be to harsh and tangy for younger persons. Try on skin first.

The bottle reminds me of the Elie Saab. Nice fresh, delicate fragrance, but not a characteristic smell. Also average longevity.

The bottle reminds me a lot of Elie Saab.

The scent is nice and easy to wear, effortlessly classy. Uplifting when you first spray it and then sets to a subtle iris fragrance. It's exactly what I expected from Tiffany; it's not opulent, but refined, simple and classy. This will be an easy sell for Christmas.

I agree it has a Chanel vibe - unfortunately it's a Gabrielle vibe. It's very sparkling, yes. And to my nose much more carefully blended than Gabrielle, but it still has that rather forgettable lightness. I find nothing distinctive about it. It's pleasant, fresh and inoffensive. But there's nothing identifiable or unusual about it. I cannot detect patchouli, is it my nose? It remained the same from first application to last whisper; very linear on me. And again I'm swimming against the tide here, but it's a chunky bottle - I was expecting something delicate but it didn't feel or look high end luxury which is what Tiffany is about. So, I'm a bit underwhelmed with this fragrance.

It's pretty classy , fresh and sparkly ,it almost has a bit of a high pitch feel , I quite like it so far and I completely agree with raysara's review , it does have a Chanel feel. A certain simplicity and classiness yet a clean contemporary and wealthy feel . I find the orange note goes very well with the iris and musk. The patchouli gives a beautiful tone to this. It's quite welmade and beautiful. The more I wear it the more I fall in love with it.
The bottle is gorgeous , and the blue is very suitable ofcourse , I also love the name !
Have to update this review , I have been wearing Tiffany daily and really love and get it now. Classy fresh and fruity ( orange ) in its first stage , sparkly , inviting and refreshing with a classy feel. Yes a bit like Gabrielle for sure which I also enjoy.
It does not change a lot but it looses its orange sparkle after a bit of time and it is more floral as the iris note appears. The white musk keeps it fresh and clean all the way through and the patchouli is light and not earthy at all. More green. Very easy to wear. In love with it now.

Update , wearing this daily and it's very easy to wear. However I have one complaint ,it's very very light. It doesn't last long and it's a light scent right from the beginning so you need lots to spray. I already bought a second bottle because of it.

I have tried it 9/16/2017 at bloomingdlae.. wowo... Tiffany at blomingdale... I never got a perfume from Tiffany in other place than ....butique...

TO me its a very fresh... not oranges not tangarine.. lemon.. kinda zisty... too spicy and too fresh - reminds me sthg from Prada.. it has this Italian character of ... lemons from Carstusia...but the are hanging on the tree not ready to eat yet... tooo fresh to taste them... to small to take them to basket and eat it...

to me its too harsh... diamonds and citruses.. hmmm... not for me... but I am a fan of tiffany still and forever... the bottle is amazing! nice glass and its really pretty

I smelled this perfume at Bloomingdales two days ago...returned the following day and bought it

This is absolutely luminous in its simplicity..
I definitely get a Chanel vibe, but I have yet to discover one of those that suits my personality
This encapsules everything Ive been looking for in a perfume lately

Elegant and sparkling
Just enough patchouli to ground its citrusy brightness
The iris isn't overdone or screechy
clean musk whispers in the background
Sophisticated yet minimal

Signature love at first sniff

The absolution of femininity. I can't find other perfume so floral and deep. Just imagine yourself in summer midnight opening window and jasmine smell flows in mixed up with other ones like iris, woods, flowers. There's something seductive in it and woman wearing it will stands out in a crowd.

I found out about this new fragrance from a salesperson at Macy's on Sunday, she said it would be out soon. I went online and found it at Bloomingdales, I ordered it and it was on my doorstep today. I blind bought this and I am so glad I did. This fragrance is so fresh and clean, it's feminine and would be great for women of all ages. I can't stop sniffing my arm. This is amazing, I have so many perfumes but this one smells like nothing I've ever owned or smelled before. I could kick myself in the butt for just getting it in the one ounce size. I will be purchasing another bottle soon.

I bought this blindly as soon as I saw it. A new Tiffany fragrance! I had to buy it. I'm so glad I did. It's one of those fragrances that makes me feel fresh and feminine. It's sparkly and floral and I can't imagine a day of this year that this wouldn't be appropriate. Even the drydown carries the big floral note. I was pretty young when the other Tiffany frags were at their popularity peak, so unfortunately I can't compare this to any of them. All I know is I threw my back out and I'm miserable. I get a knock on the door and it's this new fragrance. I tear into the box and find a gorgeous Tiffany blue box and inside is the sweetest light blue juice and it totally uplifted my mood. It doesn't quite remind me of anything I've ever smelled, although I wouldn't call it ground-breaking either. Just a soft floral, I don't get any hints of the carrot scent that sometimes goes with iris. No patchouli or anything musky. Just soft floral and the tiniest bit of woodsy scents. Sits close to the skin but I get a whiff every now and then. I think young and modern when I smell this, I think any age group could appreciate it. I wish I could smell my arm all day.

It's not anything like the original which I loved dearly. This has some faint hint of what it used to be. It did not seem like Iris to me but more a cheap grocery store bouquet. It was faint and fleeting.

Wow a new perfume from Tiffany, I must have psychic powers or something because I was thinking the other day that we needed a new Tiffany perfume:) I wonder if it's a re-launch of the classic or a totally different fragrance. From the color it seems it's a new fragrance.
