Tiffany & Co: Experiencing The Lock Collection tiffany locks

Blogger Diaries: Lock and loaded at Tiffany & Co

Last week we were invited to Tiffany & Co‘s flagship store in Sydney – when the invitation came in the mail, all boxed up in a Tiffany’s blue box and my name perfectly written in calligraphy, I was floored, and extremely flattered.

As it turns out, the special reason why we were invited into Tiffany’s is because of their new Tiffany Locks collection, recently launched in Australia. And it’s bound to be just as popular as their Tiffany Key collection – their Tiffany Fleur De Lis Key Pendant Key made a cameo on Gossip Girl late last year as the official membership key for Columbia University’s Hamilton House.

Based on Tiffany archival designs, the Tiffany Locks include designs for every girl; from delicate little pendants, to bold chunky designs with vintage lock shapes, heart shapes and round shapes. In true Tiffany’s style the collection follows exquisite craftsmanship and using precious metals with truly luxurious ones we all hope to receive as a gift from that special someone featuring pave diamonds.

For every girl who holds Breakfast at Tiffany‘s close to her heart, there are Tiffany Lock charms for their charm bracelets and pendants for necklaces. We were asked to pick out our favourite – to keep. Cue (inner) screams of excitement as we were ushered into their private room to have a bit of girlie chatter with Tiffany’s beautiful PR Manager Michaela. We ran our fingers over every pendent like a kid in a candy shop before we chose the beautiful Tiffany Locks vintage charm and chain with the beautiful textured sterling silver with the 18k rose gold plate.

Isn’t it the prettiest thing you ever saw? We couldn’t help but paint out nails in an almost-colour-perfect Tiffany Blue nail polish (aka Orly’s Gumdrop nail polish from their Sweet Collection).

Check out some more beautiful Tiffany Locks pieces below and on their website – we have our eye on something heart shaped next.

Disclaimer: We were gifted the Tiffany Locks pendant. We purchased the nail polish.
